Abstract

In 1990 the author had completed some electrical tests on an odd combination of materials when the anomaly detailed in this paper began; one which lasted several days. He became locked into two distinct alternating states of consciousness and being. In one, the longest duration, everything except his perception of time seemed normal. In the other, of much shorter duration, he became invisible to his wife and experienced what he describes as, "My awareness then was of a void, a nothingness, being perceived by a sensory detached remnant of consciousness, an Observer, which seemed inseparable from this void."
