Well-known science fiction writer James P. Hogan calls himself a heretic and maintains a website dedicated to a host of non-mainstream ideas, including dissident physics.  His Bulletin Board http://www.jamesphogan.com/bb/category.php?id=9 discusses and supports the work of several NPA members, providing many useful links.  His latest non-fiction book, Kicking the Sacred Cow, clearly pronounces that all is not well in mainstream science today.  With an Irish father, German mother, birth in London, homes in California and Florida, Mr. Hogan's diversity of experience and interest make him something of a modern Renaissance Man.
