Prof. Jorge C?spedes-Cur? was born in Valparaiso, Chile, on February 6, 1931. At the age of 44 he became Venezuelan. At the age of 63 he became a citizen of the United States of America. Presently, he resides with his wife Shirley in Delray Beach, Florida, USA. Prof. Cur? attended Catholic University in Valparaiso, Chile, which was operated by the Jesuits. He graduated in Philosophy and Education with the double title of Licentiate in Philosophy and Professor of Mathematics and Physics with Summa Cum Laude. Later, he obtained his Master?s degree in Science from the University of Oklahoma. He taught physics, math and philosophy of science in twelve different universities in Chile, Venezuela and The United States of America.

At the age of twelve he had the good-fortune to be a disciple of Prof. Heinrich Hauser, a retired German professor, who taught him Geometry, Algebra, Chemistry and Physics.  His future scientific career began at the age of fifteen after he read The Life and Work of Mme. Curie and The ABC of Relativity.  At an early age, Prof. Cur? realized that mathematicians had invaded the temple of physics, leaving the science of Galileo without philosophical roots.  This vision forced him to save all his writings over a period of 25 years, to finally write a book for the new generation of the 21st century, and beyond.  Prof. Cur? was a true Natural Philosopher who produced in his book, Einstein on Trial, an extraordinary fusion of physics, philosophy and theology.  He passed away Decmeber 28, 2002.
