Abstract

Coincidental registration of gammas of energy one caught from pair annihilations and one caught within 5 micro seconds later from neutron capture used as a proof of the existence of the neutrino and the validity of the neutrino theory leading to the validity of relativity theory is not justified. The time gate of 25 micro second of gammas rays moving in a solution of water-tri ethyl benzene with refractice indeces of 1.33-1.44 yields a motion time delay of 4.46475-5 microseconds exactly indicating the oppoiste of Reines and Cowans claims of two different nuclear reactions.
