This textbook, available as a free pdf file in revised and expanded form, was used in a senior elective course for many years. Prentice-Hall let the book go out of print and returned the copyright to Dr. Johnson. windpic.zip contains 134 slides, mostly taken by Dr. Johnson, that might have some historical interest.
