Abstract
Ampère’s Circuital Law in its differential form can be obtained by taking the curl of the Biot-Savart Law. The question is whether or not this will expose Maxwell’s displacement current explicitly. This matter will be investigated in both the Lorenz gauge and the Coulomb gauge.
