==Abstract==

Starting from the fact, revealed by the author in recent publications, that the quantum uncertainty relations (UR) have authentic nonquantum analogs, it is shown that the Planck constant h also has such an analog, namely, the Boltzmann constant k. Both&nbsp; and k are shown to be generic indicators for the stochasticity property of the physical systems. Depending on its connection with&nbsp; and k, the stochasticity can be onefold or twofold, repectively an intrinsic or extrinsic property. Earlierviews regarding the questions of h -&nbsp;k similarity, complementarity, and compatibility are reviewed and shown to be unfounded. Finally, based on the new views on the UR and&nbsp; and on their nonquantum analogs, some remarks with conceptual implications in the interpretation of quantum mechanics are noted.
