'''Anthony P. Pitucco''' is a physicist and educator known for work on the mathematical and physical nature of time and for studies of quantized redshifts. He is listed in ''[[The Worldwide List of Dissident Scientists]]''.

==Career==
Pitucco was a faculty member and department chair of physics and astronomy at Pima Community College in Tucson, Arizona, where he also taught mathematics and the humanities over a long career in higher education.

==Work==
Pitucco is associated with the Scientific Association for the Study of Time in Physics and Cosmology (SASTPC), which grew out of the work of astronomer [[William G. Tifft]]. He has investigated Tifft's statistical analyses of periodicities in extragalactic redshift samples — the claim that galaxy redshifts are quantized rather than continuously distributed — a hypothesis that is not accepted by mainstream cosmology. His own contributions include mathematical work on extending the dimension of the "space of instants" using partially ordered sets, presented at an international conference on modern mathematical models of time held at the University of Arizona and Pima Community College in 1996.
