What is the physical status of the &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;vector potential&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;? Is there a genuine difficulty in unipolar induction and the Faraday paradox? Are there magnetic monopoles, or longitudinal electromagnetic waves?&lt;br /&gt;
