John P. Rahart, DDS, is an American dentist and independent researcher who speaks and teaches on two connected themes: the class of materials that their proponents call ORMEs or ORMUS, and an aether-based physics in which gravity, magnetism and electricity are all effects of a universal medium. He presented at the ExtraOrdinary Technology Conference organised by Tesla Tech in 2015, 2016 and 2017.

Biography
He is listed in the TeslaTech conference programmes as John P. Rahart, DDS, and is addressed there as "Dr. John Rahart". Beyond the dental degree indicated by that title, no published account of his education, practice or affiliations has been located, and none is asserted here. In his 2016 workshop material he states that he had been teaching on these subjects for around two decades.

Aether physics
Rahart's starting point is the aether. He notes that a material medium for the transmission of light, gravity and magnetism was the common consensus of nineteenth-century physics, and argues that its replacement by an "empty space" model was a wrong turn — one which, in his words, "has done nothing but to confuse and perplex even the best scientific minds for over 100 years."

In an earlier presentation he had set out an account in which gravity arises from the flow and stretching of the aether as matter absorbs it. In his 2015 talk he extended this to magnetism and to related phenomena, addressing among other topics:

* vortices in the aether as the origin of magnetism
* "fractal magnetism" connecting atoms, solar systems and galaxies
* the close relationship between gravity and magnetism
* magnetic fabrics, layers of space, and what he terms the Sub-Aether
* a proton magnet model
* what he calls the "Tiddlywink Effect" and "Spring Theory"
* the relationship of the aether to force, to electricity and to anti-gravity
* "magnetic message pathways" and the concept of a "Biological Universe"
* vibrating limestone to reduce its gravitational profile

He also argued that the aether paradigm supplies the key to reading an ancient stone carving as an instruction for building an anti-gravity device. These are his own proposals; none has been independently demonstrated.

For general background on the medium he invokes, see Aether.

ORMEs and ORMUS
Rahart is a long-standing exponent and teacher of the ORMUS material claims. He gives the history as follows: from 1975 the Arizona farmer David Hudson reported discovering — or, on Rahart's account, rediscovering — substances he named Orbitally Rearranged Monoatomic Elements, or ORMEs, also referred to as ORMUS, m-state materials, monoatomic gold, white gold, white powder gold, microclusters, AuM and manna. Rahart argues that these materials were likely known to ancient civilisations, may account for much of their poorly understood achievements, and were a primary focus of the alchemists, whom he holds "certainly knew of, recovered, and used them"; he links them to the Philosopher's Stone and the Elixir of Life of the alchemical tradition.

He describes ORMUS as an apparent fifth state of matter and attributes to it quantum coherence, superconductivity and "interdimensional" behaviour, which he proposes may be a key component in human consciousness and in information transfer. His stated aim is an interdisciplinary synthesis drawing together the materials' history, structure, properties, quantum behaviour and "resonance physics", together with practical methods of precipitation, extraction and recovery, which he teaches in workshop form.

It should be stated plainly that every element of this account — the existence of a distinct monoatomic "m-state", its superconductive or interdimensional properties, and its identification with alchemical materials — is a claim advanced by Rahart and the wider ORMUS community. It has not been confirmed by independent chemical or physical analysis and is not accepted by mainstream chemistry. His presentations also assert roles for these materials in health, medicine, biology and agriculture; ORMUS preparations are sold commercially for ingestion, and such health claims are unsupported marketing claims which this wiki does not endorse or repeat as fact.

TeslaTech
He has presented at the ExtraOrdinary Technology Conference, held in Albuquerque, New Mexico:

* "ORMUS/ORMES/M-STATE... Same Stuff... Different Names" — Saturday 29 July 2017, Session 10 (Evening). Issued on DVD as ET1722.
* "Ormus Physics and PhysioBiology" — 2016 conference. Issued on DVD as ET1602.
