Abstract
This paper continues the redevelopment of emission theory. It demonstrates that new emission theory can be extended to quantum mechanics and quantum field theory. The basic equations of quantum mechanics and quantum field theory are obtained from it, and the fine structure of atomic spectrum of hydrogen is explained.
