Abstract
This paper begins by describing the kind of electrical power generating plant that I foresee as our prime method of electrical energy supply by the middle of the 21st century. It describes the engineering design principles involved and ends by providing a scientific insight into the new source of the energy that will be harnessed to replace polluting nuclear and fossil fuels.
