Patrick Huyghe (born 1952) is an American science writer, editor and publisher known for his work on anomalies, unexplained phenomena and the fringes of mainstream science. He is the editor of Anomalist Books and the founder of the news site The Anomalist, and for many years edited EdgeScience, the magazine of the Society for Scientific Exploration.
Biography
Huyghe received a bachelor's degree in social psychology from the University of Virginia in 1974 and a master's degree in journalism from Syracuse University in 1976. He worked as a researcher in the psychology department at the University of Virginia and later held staff editorial positions at Us magazine and Newsweek in the late 1970s.
