Bogdan Kosanović (also published as B. Kosanović) is a Serbian-American electrical engineer and signal processing specialist who resides in Bethesda, Maryland. He is a member of the John Chappell Natural Philosophy Society, within which his stated interests span cosmology, electromagnetism, and the nature of physical reality.

Biography

Kosanović completed his higher education in his native Serbia before continuing graduate study in the United States. He earned a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from the University of Pittsburgh in 1995, where his research addressed digital and biomedical signal processing, including the time-frequency analysis of nonstationary signals.

Following his doctoral studies, Kosanović built a career in industry and applied research as a digital signal processing engineer. He has been associated with Texas Instruments, Telogy Networks, and DeepSig, and has served as an advisory board member of the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Maryland. His professional work has concentrated on digital signal processing, audio and acoustic engineering, and voice communications.

Work

Outside of his engineering profession, Kosanović participates in the dissident-science community through the John Chappell Natural Philosophy Society, an organization of researchers who explore alternatives to mainstream physics.
