Stan Gleeson, the inventor/discoverer of the underwater production of high-density charge clusters and their use for creating nuclear reactions, died on Sunday, November 28, 1999. One of the great discoveries of new-energy devices was made on a wooden bench in the back corner of a welding shop in Cincinnati, Ohio by a high-school graduate, Stan Gleeson. However, it took some doing before we really understood the nature, behavior, and optimum control of these underwater sparks.
