Abstract
Ignorance of the physics underlying a phenomenon that is difficult to reproduce makes it almost impossible to gain control over that phenomenon. Once the physics is understood, it is a matter of engineering to control it and make it useful. It is my hope that by publishing, the technology will be universally available to improve the human condition.
