This volume contains a minimal extension of classical mechanics to "Jones-Laithwaite gyroscopic effects" as well as to relativistic velocities.  The extension may be viewed as a variable inertial mass revision of Newtonian mechanics that is, however, in line with anomalous gyroscopic behavior reported by the late Alex Jones closely followed by Eric Laithwaite and then others such as Harvey Fiala, and then with the recent anomalous falling rotor data of Prof. Alex Dmitriev.
