Abstract
Ball lightning, a mystifying and evasive natural phenomenon, continues to baffle researchers, but it is not as ephemeral as some scientists suggest. William Terbo, grandnephew of Nikola Tesla and cofounder of the Tesla Memorial Society, relates a personal account of his experience with ball lightning from forty years ago.
