Bonnie F. Fisher is an American retired public school teacher of Latin and English based in Bloomington, Indiana, whose areas of interest include education reform, the history of school textbooks, and intellectual history.
Biography
Fisher earned a B.A. from Rutgers University and both an M.A.T. and a Ph.D. from Indiana University. She worked as a public school teacher of Latin and English and is now retired. Her professional and civic affiliations have included the National Education Association-Retired, Global Education Reforms Watch, Inc. (in which she served as secretary/treasurer), and the League of Women Voters.
