Speculations in Science and Technology was an international peer-reviewed journal devoted to speculative papers in the physical, mathematical, biological, and engineering sciences. It ran from 1978 to 1999 and explicitly welcomed bold, unconventional, or heterodox ideas — including critiques of established theory in physics — that more conventional journals were reluctant to consider.
History
The journal was published in the United Kingdom (initially by Science and Technology Letters) and later by Chapman & Hall and Kluwer Academic.
