Arnold Voigt is a researcher known for proposing an alternative to Albert Einstein's special and general theories of relativity. He is listed in The Worldwide List of Dissident Scientists.
Work
Voigt is the author of "New Physical and Astronomical Aspects of the Author's Alternative to the Theories of Relativity," published in Annalen der Physik in 1990 (pp. 435–438). In it he develops physical and astronomical consequences of a framework he presents as an alternative to relativity theory. His position departs from the accepted relativistic account of space, time, and gravitation.
