Basil A. Orfanopoulos (B. A. Orfanopoulos) is the author of work critical of the foundations of quantum mechanics, published in the journal Physics Essays. They are listed in The Worldwide List of Dissident Scientists.
Work
In "The number of states of a quantum system" (Physics Essays, vol. 6, no. 3, pp. 380–383, 1993) Orfanopoulos argues that the measurability and the definability of a concept are commonly confused in quantum mechanics, and concludes that a quantum system may exist in more than one state. The paper is cited in bibliographies of the transactional interpretation of quantum mechanics.
