Carlo Amata is the author of a critical work on Einstein's theory of relativity. He is listed in The Worldwide List of Dissident Scientists.
Work
Amata wrote Origini della gravitazione e critica alla relatività ("Origins of gravitation and critique of relativity", 1974), in which he criticises the theory of relativity and advances his own view of the origin of gravitation. The work is catalogued in the G. O. Mueller / Ekkehard Friebe documentation of publications critical of the theory of relativity. His arguments are not accepted by the scientific mainstream.
