Charles Douglas Wehner (born 1944) is an electronics engineer and technical author known for popular articles on physics and engineering, including proposals relating spin-orbit duality to anti-gravity. He is listed in The Worldwide List of Dissident Scientists.
Work
Wehner's background is in computer, radar, safety-equipment, and instrumentation-and-control design. Alongside technical pieces such as "Short-Circuit Biasing of Transistors" and "Transcendental Function Programming", he has written articles including "Spin-Orbit Duality, Astromechanics and Anti-Gravity" and "The REAL Antigravity and Relativity". In these he argues that because a body seen from orbit also rotates, a "spin-orbit duality" allows anti-gravity to be specified mathematically from known relations. These arguments are outside the accepted framework of physics.
