Christian Ricordeau is a French architect (diplôme d'architecte d.p.l.g.) based in Tours, France, and the author of the personal website Quatuor, which brings together his writing on science, art, architecture, music and mathematics. He is listed in The Worldwide List of Dissident Scientists.

Ideas

Outside his architectural profession, Ricordeau has self-published texts presenting an alternative model of physics and cosmology, including a work titled En attendant le boson de Higgs ("Waiting for the Higgs boson"). In this model he proposes that space is composed of waves that pulsate at every scale of the universe. He describes photons as local bending waves of space that group into spirals, associates such groupings with neutrinos, and attributes nuclear stability and, ultimately, gravity to vortices induced in space. These proposals are self-published and lie outside the framework of mainstream physics.
