He proposes that the electron and other elementary particles are composed of electromagnetic waves circulating in a closed loop, forming a rotating ring or vortex whose inertia constitutes the particle's rest mass.
In his model, a particle's magnetic field induces a surrounding vortex, and he argues that the resulting particle dynamics follow a relationship analogous to Kepler's third law and Newtonian orbital mechanics.
