Ronald "Ron" Milione is an American electrical engineer and independent researcher with a career of more than forty years in radio-frequency (RF), radar, and electronic-warfare systems. Holding a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from the City University of New York (CUNY), he has worked as a principal technical leader across the aerospace and defense industries, and pursues experimental research in electromagnetics, plasma systems, and anti-gravity propulsion — interests that connect his engineering work to the frontier-science community of the John Chappell Natural Philosophy Society.

Career
Milione has more than forty years of experience in RF, radar, and electronic-warfare engineering, working as a principal technical leader on the design, development, and implementation of complete systems.
