Abstract
The paper presents a thought experiment in which it has been proven that, on the basis of the observed tra-jectory of a light pulse in a moving space ship with a constant speed, it is in theory possible to determine the speed of the system. We conclude from this that Einstein's principle of relativity is not valid.
