A US government agency chartered ?to conduct high risk/high payoff R&amp;D for the Department of Defense? offers grants and recently invited proposals for ?electromagnetic modeling and simulation? and ?modeling of materials.? Common Sense Science submitted a White Paper on FORMS to the Defense Advance Research Projects Agency (DARPA) who promptly reviewed and rejected our electromagnetic approach to modeling and simulation of materials.
