Abstract
The Universe has several maxima of radiation. The largest maximum, which is called the ?relic mximum?, arises from the process of hydrogen atom fusion at the start of the Universe. The smallest maxima, being called the infrared radiation sources, are formed by the processes of hydrogen molecule fusion in the vicinity of the stars, and their liquefaction in the Universe.
