Albert R. Timashev is a Russian researcher and professional astrologer known for his work "The Generalized Golden Section and the Time Theory." He is listed in The Worldwide List of Dissident Scientists.

Work

Timashev presented "Generalized Golden Section and the Time Theory" at the 1996 International Scientific Conference on New Ideas in Natural Science in St. Petersburg. In it he applies a generalization of the golden section to the theory of time developed by the Soviet astronomer Nikolai Aleksandrovich Kozyrev, seeking to characterize what he calls stable velocities of the "course of time" and stable quantities of the "density of time."

Outside this work, Timashev operates as a professional astrologer, offering consultations and forecasts, developing astrological software, and appearing on Russian television. His writings on the generalized golden section and time are hosted on his own websites.
