Andrey V. Lemeshko is an author known for writing on electrogravitation and the alleged Biefeld–Brown effect in the alternative-energy literature. He is listed in The Worldwide List of Dissident Scientists.
Work
Lemeshko is the author of the article "On Electrogravitation," which appeared in the alternative-energy periodical New Energy Technologies (issue 10, 2003), a magazine associated with the free-energy research community. In it he discusses electric-propulsion and "electrogravitation" concepts, crediting the work of American inventor Thomas Townsend Brown and Paul Alfred Biefeld, whose so-called Biefeld–Brown effect Brown interpreted as an anti-gravity phenomenon. Mainstream investigations attribute the observed force in such devices to ion (corona) wind rather than to any gravitational effect, and the electrogravitation ideas Lemeshko presents lie outside accepted physics.
