Work
With co-author D. Pal, he published "A new concept of photon having coexistent wave-particle duality" in the journal Physics Essays (Vol. 25, Issue 1, March 2012). Starting from Planck's hypothesis, the paper proposes a concept of the photon in which both wave and particle properties are held to coexist simultaneously, which the authors argue offers a simpler picture of the underlying physical processes. This view departs from the standard quantum-mechanical treatment of wave-particle duality as complementary aspects observed under different experimental conditions.
