Bengt Hj Törnblom is a Swedish retired engineer who developed an alternative physical theory he calls "Delta theory" (Deltateori), formerly presented on his website maticweb.com. He is listed in The Worldwide List of Dissident Scientists.

Törnblom describes his Delta-concept as an atomic-scale account of the universe built on a dynamic, possibly self-generated ground state that he labels Go, treated as separate from the ordinary dimensions. In this framework, deviations or mismatches give rise to two kinds of field, associated respectively with linear (open) and circular (closed) motion. He questions whether the speed of light is truly constant, treating it instead as a dynamically constant structural relation, and has characterized his theory as a hybrid between relativity theory and M-theory. His work lies outside the scientific mainstream and has been circulated chiefly through his own website and online discussion.
