Ideas
Pavlovic is the author of the work Aether Theory with Experimental Verification (Serbian: Teorija etra sa eksperimentalnom verifikacijom), circulated through the viXra e-print archive. He proposes that space is filled with a material aether that serves as a preferred reference medium, and argues that the slowing of moving clocks should be understood as a real physical retardation caused by motion through the aether rather than as the symmetric time dilation of special relativity. On this basis he offers alternative interpretations of effects such as the Pioneer anomaly and the Doppler effect. These positions are outside the mainstream of modern physics, which does not treat an aether as a required or observed medium. His Academia.edu profile lists an affiliation with the University of Niš.
