Work
In "The Relationship Between Antigravity and Antimatter" (Physics Essays, vol. 12, no. 3, September 1999), Barkin argues that if subatomic particles are treated as warpages of space at the Planck scale, then the coexistence of matter and antimatter might be related to a coexistence of gravity and antigravity. He raises the question of whether matter and antimatter carry opposite gravitational character. The proposal is speculative and lies outside the mainstream of gravitational physics; subsequent experimental work, such as the ALPHA-g measurements at CERN, has found antimatter to fall under gravity in the same sense as ordinary matter.
