Abstract
Ron Kovac is one of the few individual experimenters who have a wide array of instruments and equipment. A series of simple experiments, in February and March, 1992, were performed in search of observations that might provide clues to electrical force effects.
In general, the experimental series generated forces that might best be attributed to electrostatic coulomb forces, rather than ion thrust or electrogravitic interactions. The large number of experiments conducted serve to illustrate the intensive work required in order to isolate the specific factors that induce motion.
