The Journal of Theoretics was an online, open-access, peer-reviewed journal published from about 1999 to 2005. It provided a venue for theoretical papers across the sciences — with a strong representation of alternative and dissident physics, including critiques of relativity and new theoretical proposals — at a time when web-based publishing was opening up new outlets for such work.

History

Published entirely online (at journaloftheoretics.com), the journal issued bimonthly volumes and made its contents freely available. It ceased publishing new issues in the mid-2000s, but its archived papers remain frequently cited in the dissident-physics literature.
