Paul Richard Price is an independent researcher and inventor who works on proposed methods of gravity control and advanced propulsion. He is the founder and chief designer of Gravitas Technology Ventures, LLC, a research and development company focused on what he describes as warp physics and alternative energy systems. He is listed in The Worldwide List of Dissident Scientists.
Ideas
Price proposes that gravity is electromagnetic in nature and can be treated as a controllable mass-energy entity. In his writings on "vortex gravity control," he argues that rotating vortex fields, coupled with frequency modulation, could be used to manipulate a "gravity blanket" of gravitational mass and thereby produce anomalous gravitational effects. He has connected these ideas to the framework of subquantum kinetics and to the goal of a gravitational propulsion or "warp drive" system.
He presented a paper titled "Gravitational propulsion in a fluid membrane: A new propulsion methodology" at the Space, Propulsion and Energy Sciences International Forum (STAIF-II) in 2012, and has circulated related work online. These proposals lie well outside the accepted scientific mainstream, which does not recognize a means of controlling or shielding gravity by electromagnetic vortices.
