Abstract
It is possible to prove that Quantum Mechanics is incompatible with Special Relativity if the postulate of the reduction of wave packet is included in the axiomes of this theory. In this paper an apparatus based on a Michelson interferometer with a phase-conjugate mirror is described; it is proved that it is able to transmit superluminal signals using the intrinsic non-locality of quantum mechanics. The result is obtained using only the axioms of quantum mechanics and the wave packet reduction postulate.
