The Final Quantum Revolution: General Theory of World Organization is a 1994 book by Kiril B Chukanov, the first volume of his General Quantum Mechanics series (published by General Energy International).

Overview

Chukanov sets out his "General Quantum Mechanics" and its claimed application to a new source of energy. Central to the work is his research on ball lightning, which he presents as a controllable quantum-scale phenomenon and the basis for a class of "quantum" free-energy generators. The volume is the companion to The Great Reform of Science (General Quantum Mechanics, Vol. 2) (2001).

About the author

Dr. Kiril B. Chukanov holds degrees in architecture and civil engineering and a doctorate in thermodynamics, and has researched quantum energy since 1988. He is the founder of Chukanov Quantum Energy (formerly General Energy International) and is known for his ball-lightning experiments.
