Condensed Matter Nuclear Science: Proceedings of the 11th International Conference on Cold Fusion is the 2006 proceedings volume of ICCF-11, held in Marseilles, France, 31 October – 5 November 2004. It was edited by Jean-Paul Biberian (the conference chairman) and published by World Scientific.

Overview

The 916-page volume collects the papers presented at the eleventh International Conference on Cold Fusion — the field its practitioners call "condensed matter nuclear science" (CMNS) or low-energy nuclear reactions (LENR). Topics include reports of anomalous heat and nuclear-ash production in metal–hydrogen systems, materials science of the electrodes, and theoretical models. The editors note the value of such proceedings given how few papers in the field appear in conventional journals — cold fusion having remained outside the scientific mainstream since the 1989 Pons–Fleischmann controversy.

About the editor

Jean-Paul Biberian is a French physicist (surface science and low-energy nuclear reactions), author of more than 80 research papers and editor-in-chief of the Journal of Condensed Matter Nuclear Science.
