Abstract

Classic Mechanics does not provide explanation for certain lifting and/or lowering effects observed in spinning gyroscopes. A possible interpretation might rely upon the hypothesis of velocity/acceleration fields associated with vortices of cosmic plenum and relevant velocity circulations. In an analogy, the magnetic field created by a coil conducting continuous electrical current might also be viewed as a special gyroscopic behavior of the plenum involved.
