Abstract
The Rydberg photon whose radius corresponds with twice Bohr's radius is postulated to be the reason for the cosmic microwave background frequency. Two great works on black body radiation by Planck and Wein enabled this progression of thought: The process by which frequency is given and received by the Rydberg photon. Hydrogen atoms in stars are comprised of Rydberg photons. The stars radiate CMBR.
