While collective effects have been observed with radiation energies up to 5 </span><span text-decoration:="" font-size:="" color:="" timesnewromanpsmt;="" timesnewromanpsmt?,?serif?;="" black;="" 9pt;="" none;="" mso-bidi-font-family:="" mso-themecolor:="" text1;="" text-underline:="" none?="" style="FONT-FAMILY: ">eV, no high-sensitivity experiments have previously been carried out to search for comparable effects with MeV </span><span text-decoration:="" font-size:="" color:="" timesnewromanpsmt;="" timesnewromanpsmt?,?serif?;="" black;="" 9pt;="" none;="" mso-bidi-font-family:="" mso-themecolor:="" text1;="" text-underline:="" none?="" style="FONT-FAMILY: ">radiation.
