Mr. Cook is an inventor, researcher, mathematician, theorist, philosopher, writer and musician, largely interested in the sciences, speculation, effects and anomalies involving Gravity and Electrogravity, Zero Point Energy and Synthetic Life. He is most well known for what is referred to as the "Jeff Cook Effect," a term he actually dislikes, as it tends to place an anomalism on his work, such that it may be misunderstood to be variant.
He was born to James L. and Jean M. Cook at a Toledo hospital on November 12th, 1971.
Former Occupations: Polysomno Technologist, Software Engineer, and more
