This little volume contains a minimal extension of classical Mechanics to "Jones-Laithwaite gyroscopic effects" (as well as to relativistic velocities).  The extension may be viewed as a variable inertial mass revision of Newtonian mechanics that is, however in line with anomalous gyroscopic behavior reported by the late Alex Jones closely followed by the late Eric Laithwaite and then others such as Harvey Fiala, and with the recent anomalous falling rotor data of Prof. Alex Dmitriev.
