Abstract
Principles of legitimate science are presented along with their role in theories of atomic and sub-atomic structure. Atoms are described as being composed of elementary physical particles. ?Standard' theories have previously proven useful but are now inferior to the new Helicon Theory of Atomic and Sub-Atomic Structure developed by Common Sense Science.
