Abstract
It is demonstrated that in homogeneous and isotropic space, it is possible to introduce unique time and other unique metrics. With an additional assumption, that all inertial systems are equivalent, it follows that neither Lorentz contraction nor Larmor time dilatation physically occurs, and the relative velocity may exceed the greatest possible absolute velocity, if such exists.
