This book explains what is the meaning of Quantum Ring Theory for the development of Theoretical Physics. Dr. Jeremy Dunning-Davies (Presidente of Telesio Galilei Academy) is making the correction of my English. But Dr. Fucilla and I don't know yet what we will do with this book.
